Description:
This CLE program will provide an overview of the legal framework and current state of U.S. sanctions related to Iran from both a legal and human rights perspective. Attendees will gain an understanding of the goals and scope of the U.S. sanctions regime in Iran, how to comply with evolving sanctions and advise clients about potential liability, and the application of sanctions in practice, including issues related to humanitarian aid.
