Description:
The past year has been incredibly demanding, with the COVID pandemic, social unrest, political volatility and economic uncertainty have pushed all of us to adapt in ways we never could have imagined. But even as some things have settled down, it will take quite some time for things to return to any degree of “normalcy”.  As we enter an extended period of waiting, how can we cultivate patience to help us manage our way?  In this webinar, we will go over the benefits of patience in our lives, and present several concrete strategies that will help you manage things as we enter this next phase of the COVID cycle.
