Description:
With the days getting warmer, nothing is more refreshing than breaking out the bubbly. An often overlooked option reserved for celebrations, sparkling wine and champagne actually pairs perfectly with lighter summer menus.

Whether you’re already a wine enthusiast or novice wondering what the difference is between sparkling wine and champagne, participants will have the opportunity to network while tasting and learning about various sparkling wines, what to look for when selecting a bottle of bubbly, and what to pair with it.

This guided tasting tour will be led by Brooklyn’s own Happy Cork, a popular, female and minority-owned wine and spirits shop. Participants will taste a prosecco, sparkling sweet, sparkling rosé, brut, and a signature cocktail. Hors d’oeuvres will be served.
