Description:

The Mindfulness and Well-Being in Law Committee is excited to launch a new book club!  Join us every other month as we come together as a community to explore books that relate to mindfulness, well-being and how they relate to our lives as lawyers.

The first book we are reading is 10% Happier by Dan Harris.  A primer on mindfulness, this book explores Harris’s journey implementing mindfulness practices into his life after suffering a panic attack live on air on ABC World News Tonight.  10% Happier is available on Bookshop.org, Amazon, your public library and on Audible.  Please review these discussion questions as they are meant to help guide your reading. We look forward to sharing this new initiative of the Mindfulness and Well-Being Committee with you and engaging as a community through books on how mindfulness can help us live better lives.

Upcoming Book Club dates are Tuesday, April 12 at 7 p.m. and Tuesday, June 14 at 7 p.m.
