Description:
The National Moot Court Competition’s final round will face off the top two winning schools from around the country.  We invite you to show support to these amazing students who will argue in front of distinguished federal and state judges. This year’s Record on Appeal, written by our moot court committee members, contains two fascinating issues: the first deals with a question of personal jurisdiction over a foreign resident, and the second on whether social media posts about a crypto asset security give rise to liability under the Securities Act of 1933.
