Description:
To help further support City Bar members during these challenging times, meditation and yoga instructors from the Mindfulness and Well-Being in Law Committee will be offering free 10-20 minute mindfulness practices. Classes will alternate between seated meditations (focusing on different mindfulness methods) and mindful movements (yoga practices focusing on gentle movement, body awareness methods, simple breath work, and restorative practices). Perfect for any level including those who have never practiced meditation before.
