Description:
Good food is medicine. How often do you find yourself eating on the run? Can you describe what the last thing you ate tasted like or what ingredients it contained, or how long it took you to prepare or eat it? Incorporating mindful eating habits is not just about eating slower or choosing healthy foods, it is about cultivating an intimate and conscious way of eating into your life. In this session, discover the barriers to mindful eating and the habits that you can start to implement with your very next bite. Learn what the guiding principles of mindful eating are and how to integrate them into your life and cultivate the satisfaction of noticing and appreciating what goes into your body.
