Please Note: A final confirmation containing the Zoom link and Access Code to join the event will be sent to ALL registrants 2 hours prior to the start of the event.

In observance of Wellbeing Week in Law, the Mindfulness & Well-being in Law Committee presents a special joint Mindfulness Break & Yoga for Lawyers program.

Take a break during your work day for a little self-care to support your well-being. These two twenty minute sessions will guide lawyers in mindfulness practices and mindful movement practices with the goal of creating a sense of greater inner peace and calm.
