Description:
As recent law school graduates, you have a tremendous resource at your disposal: the New Lawyer Institute ("NLI"). NLI was established in 2014 to assist recent graduates entering the legal profession. Our Steering Committee carefully plans dozens of programs designed just for you. These programs cover topics ranging from interview tips to introductions to substantive practice areas. NLI also gives you access to countless CLE programs free of charge. In the wake of COVID-19, building your professional network is more important than ever to ensure that you can navigate an uncertain market. During this "Welcome" event, you will hear from several NLI Committee Members. They will explain NLI's programming, along with some helpful advice on taking advantage of all that the City Bar has to offer. Questions and program ideas are welcome. We look forward to seeing you then!
