Description:
Law school teaches a great deal about the substantive knowledge and technical skills that help us succeed in our profession. However, there are a range of additional competences that new lawyers must learn (and more experienced lawyers must continue to develop) to be successful. This panel of leading legal professionals will share advice about topics such as time management and organizational efficiency, proactivity, habits, mindset, communication skills, relationship building, and the service-based nature of our profession. These tips will help you develop a strong and sustainable professional persona that will serve as a foundation for your success.
