Description: 
Even in today’s evolving legal market, networking and interviewing are essential skills for new lawyers. Many jobs are not found through public postings, but rather through personal connections and referrals. As the ways lawyers connect with employers and colleagues continue to evolve, strong networking and interviewing skills remain critical to career development. Lawyers must be prepared to build meaningful professional relationships and interview effectively in both in-person and virtual settings. While many traditional skills translate easily across formats, others may require a more intentional approach. Our speakers will focus on practical strategies to help you build your network, strengthen your interviewing skills, and advance your career in today’s legal profession. This program is part of a series by the New Lawyer Institute to support recent law school graduates.
