Description:
We all need feedback from supervisors, supervisees and colleagues to constantly improve our skill sets as we advance in our careers.  However, it can be challenging to obtain honest and detailed feedback.  During this mentoring circle program, we will discuss how to ask for constructive criticism, receive that feedback positively, and incorporate it to help you achieve your goals.
