The four departments of the Appellate Division recently enacted
comprehensive rules that have changed appellate practice in New York
State. This program will provide a detailed overview of the new
developments in appellate procedure, including electronic filing,
implementation of the statewide practice rules of the Appellate
Division, and individual department rules. With over 30 years of
experience, specializing in appellate practice and procedure, Tina
Fisher and Vince Wiscovitch will provide insight into the best practices
for navigating these new changes.
