Description:
Understanding our professional responsibility obligations is always a
challenge but presents even thornier issues when the world is dealing
with a pandemic. Join us as we try to make sense of how COVID-19 has
affected the ethical landscape and our duties as lawyers through a
discussion of recent court decisions and ethics opinions. Among the
topics to be covered are the implications of remote working, the duty of
supervision, cybersecurity concerns, protecting your clients'
confidential information, the latest on disqualification issues and many
more. The panel will welcome questions and comments from the audience.
