Confronting Key Ethical and Cybersecurity Challenges in 2024

Confronting Key Ethical and Cybersecurity Challenges in 2024 (OnDemand)
Originally held on Thursday, February 29, 2024 | 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Description:
A lawyer’s life has not gotten easier:  How do we deal with client conflicts; our obligations when sharing an office with other lawyers; the expense of client credit card payments; the continuing responsibilities of supervision in the world of hybrid working; and how to handle departing lawyers. At the same time, lawyers have increased concerns about cybersecurity, and of course, artificial intelligence. Join us as we attempt to unravel these critical ethical issues and more. Audience participation is encouraged and welcome.
