Participants can expect to learn:
  • The fundamental concepts and law governing business bankruptcies
  • The questions and issues that typically arise when a business is in distress from the standpoint of various key players and constituents
  • How experienced practitioners address these issues and questions

Part I of the program will identify the key players/constituents typically involved and provide an overview of fundamental bankruptcy concepts and law.

Part II will present and answer “frequently asked questions” from the perspective of the various key players/constituents and will build on the concepts covered in Part I. A portion of the FAQs will specifically address ethical considerations.
