Do you want to become more adept at anticipating and preventing problems before closing, and troubleshooting at the closing table when unanticipated situations arise? Are you worried about representing yourself, a family member or friend at an upcoming co-op, condo or residential real estate closing? Here is your chance to “eavesdrop” on mock coop and house closings. The enactment of two fictional real estate deals with multiple preventable hiccups will be conducted by seasoned practitioners. Bring your sense of humor to this informative-yet-entertaining program.
