From the one-page short form through the double-digit commercial document, this six-part series of programs will cover the overall structure of a contract and its parts; pre-drafting principals of negotiation; translating the terms and conditions of a deal into clear and concise provisions; and working with your adversary to finalize an agreement for execution.
Attend one or all six in the series:
January 12: The Basics - Part I (OnDemand)
February 16: The Basics - Part II (OnDemand)
March 9: Intermediate Skills - Part I
(OnDemand)
April 6: Intermediate Skills - Part II
(OnDemand)
May 11: Advanced Level - Part I
June 8: Advanced Level - Part II
