Description:
Panels of market and legal experts will discuss the digital transformation of financial services and how the fast pace of financial technology (“FinTech”) innovations is transforming the industry. In addition, panelists will discuss cryptocurrency, derivatives and related contractual and legal standards, and the overall decentralized finance (“DeFi”) ecosystem. Learn how U.S. regulators and market participants are assessing opportunities and risks of FinTech and DeFi services and the challenges these technological innovations raise in the current regulatory landscape.  Attendees will gain an in-depth understanding of the latest developments in cryptocurrency, related derivatives, transactions, and regulations affecting the FinTech industry.
