Description:
This program will cover advanced topics in practice before the New York
City Board of Standards and Appeals (BSA). Learn how to present property
conditions, financial analyses and other data to satisfy the findings
for a variance, how to present a vesting case, and other hot topics.
Presenters include the BSA General Counsel and experienced private
practitioners and consultants.
