- Vital preparation steps and the reasons each must be taken to
ensure an effective license. These section will help participants to
identify key transaction and atmospheric facts and to know how best to
use existing agreements.
- Rules for drafting for clarity, lowering risks to clients and
breaking free of bad, arcane writing. This section will focus on common
and license specific writing problems that participants will learn to
recognize and eliminate.
- Essential and non-essential license provisions. This section
will connect preparation to choosing the right provisions, as well as
how to draft and what to avoid and what to avoid in each provision.
