Through a series of real-word examples and exercises, participants will learn practical strategies for eliminating common writing weaknesses on each of these four levels. Participants will leave the program with easy-to-implement strategies for drafting effective introductions, providing useful roadmaps, and writing clear, concrete sentences.
This workshop emphasizes general writing skills that are relevant to lawyers across all practice areas, including both litigation and transactional work. The workshop is geared toward junior attorney but provides a useful review for attorneys at all levels.
