Description:
Join high-level representatives from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, NYS Division of Human Rights and NYC Commission on Human Rights for an inside view from these powerful agencies fighting employment discrimination in New York. At this interactive presentation, panelists will discuss cutting-edge legal issues, including religious exemptions to employer vaccination mandates. The panelists will also take a deep dive into discussing mediations/conciliations at their agencies, and what is driving the increase in Probable Cause findings at some of these agencies.
