Members who are Recent Law Graduates, Newly Admitted Lawyers (admitted for the first time in any state or country 2020-2022), In-House/Corporate Counsel, Judges, and attorneys who practice within the Government, Academic or Not-for-Profit sectors attend this program for free.

Pennsylvania: 1.5 General
Connecticut: Available to Licensed Attorneys

This program provides transitional/non-transitional credit to all attorneys

Description:
As the definition of a “workplace” shifts and employees settle in to the new normal, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, NYS Division of Human Rights and NYC Commission on Human Rights weigh in on the major employment law issues of our times.  Representatives from each of these agencies will provide insight as they engage in a lively discussion on issues related to disability, age, race, gender and more.
