Program Fee:
OnDemand: $129 for Members | $229 for Nonmembers

Description:
This program is intended for transactional and other business lawyers who wish to review the elements of a transaction, with a view toward understanding and preparing for the risks of litigation. The program is team-taught, by a transactions lawyer and a litigator, walking through the steps in a typical transaction, identifying where and how problems can arise, and noting the potential litigation consequences. The aim of the program is to increase awareness of the risks involved in business transactions, and to help business lawyers recognize "best practices" to avoid and mitigate such risks.
