This program provides transitional/non-transitional credit to all attorneys

Description:
This program will provide an overview of the requirements, deadlines, and tasks required of executors and their counsel throughout an estate administration. The session will provide an introduction to the New York probate process, estate tax return preparation, and the multitude of other tasks which may be required to successfully settle an estate.
