Description
This two-part, half-day each program
will provide a basic primer on trade secrets law along with discussion
of key current trade secret and non-compete issues both in New York and
nationally. The first half-day session will cover the fundamentals of
trade secrets law with a survey of the laws governing the creation and
protection of trade secrets. The second half-day session will be a more
in-depth analysis of some of the more advanced current topics in trade
secrets law. The panels will include esteemed practitioners from both
plaintiff and defense-side perspectives as well as company lawyers and
academics involved in cutting edge trade secrets issues. This program
will be of interest to anyone interested in trade secrets issues at
either an introductory or advanced level, including intellectual
property and business lawyers and litigators, employment lawyers,
company counsel and executives.
