Description:
This program is designed to enhance attorneys’ understanding of fundamental business, finance and accounting principles. An improved understanding of these principles should enable attorneys to advocate more effectively for their clients on both transactional matters and business litigation. Where possible, practical situations and examples will be used to convey the concepts being presented.
