Description:
The program will focus on the legal implications of blockchain and other emerging technologies in the art world. Among the topics for discussion are public offerings of shares of art masterworks using blockchain, use of blockchain in authenticating art and establishing title in art, contractual considerations in buying, selling and financing art in light of this technology, and litigation risks that may arise.
