This program provides transitional/non-transitional credit to all attorneys

Description:
This program will present a critically needed synopsis of key changes to rent regulations enacted by the Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019 (“HSTPA”) and the June 25, 2019 amendment to HSTPA.  Experienced practitioners will explain intricacies of the changes and the program will also include a panel discussion among real estate stakeholders about the implications of these changes for NYC residential properties and best practices going forward.
