Description:
This course will cover recent developments in Federal and New York estate, gift and generation skipping taxes and corresponding trends in requests for permission to transfer apartments to popular trusts. Speakers will discuss tax attributes and planning considerations, including special considerations for New York residents, and finally, how to go about obtaining approval of cooperative boards, documents commonly requested by cooperatives and condominiums.
