Originally held on Thursday, November 9, 2023 | 9:40 am – 10:40 am
Description:
Building a solo and small law firm is a rewarding path to build your legal career but it comes
with unique challenges. You need to be a great lawyer and also an entrepreneur, and these two
require very different skill sets. It takes a lot of courage to start your own practice, but at times,
you may have felt alone in the journey. This session is designed to empower you with the tools
to not only build and manage a successful legal practice, but also to help you create a fulfilling
and meaningful life you love. You will learn how to build a legal practice that is aligned with
who you are, how to overcome the fear of rejections and failures, set goals and actually achieve
them, and take action to build a thriving solo and small law firm.
