Originally held on Thursday, November 9, 2023 | 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Description:
Different ages perceive, communicate and understand information differently. We will go
through the current 6 generations, and how their perceptions differ. Knowing how to effectively
communicate in the way your client’s generation receives information best will lead to the best
relationships and outcomes. Understanding that changing how you discuss and deliver
information may increase your client’s appreciation of the case and your representation of that
client. PowerPoint will be made available to attendees.
