Growth is essential, but many firms leap into it without first addressing the crucial question: “Why?” This panel will explore how defining your firm’s purpose and long-term goals can lead to sustainable success. We’ll discuss strategies for growing your firm, building a strong presence, and developing client retention plans that boost satisfaction and loyalty.

We’ll focus on different options to expand your firm (co-counsel, of counsel, associate and/or paralegal), how to find them as well as the pros and cons for each option. Additionally, we’ll highlight the importance of investing in training and mentorship for your team, which enhances skill development and strengthens your firm’s culture and service delivery.

$59 for Small Law Firm Members
Members who are  Recent Law Graduates, Newly Admitted Lawyers (admitted for the first time in any state or country 2022-2024), In-House/Corporate Counsel, Judges, and attorneys who practice within the Government, Academic or Not-for-Profit sectors attend this program for free.
