and long-term goals can lead to sustainable success. We’ll discuss strategies for
growing your firm, building a strong presence, and developing client retention
plans that boost satisfaction and loyalty.
We’ll focus on different options to expand your firm (co-counsel, of counsel,
associate and/or paralegal), how to find them as well as the pros and cons for
each option. Additionally, we’ll highlight the importance of investing in training
and mentorship for your team, which enhances skill development and strengthens
your firm’s culture and service delivery.
