Newly admitted New York attorneys (attorneys admitted to the New York State Bar for two years or less) cannot earn CLE credit in the category of Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias.

Description:
Low-income veterans have unique legal issues and unique solutions to those legal issues by virtue of their status having served at one time in the armed forces of the United States. To provide these services effectively a minimum amount of cultural competence about this diverse and unique community is necessary. Learn how lawyers serving this unique community can provide life-changing poverty prevention and health care access with targeted legal services.
