Description:
Are you thinking about hanging a shingle? If so, the City Bar’s How to Start Your Own Law Firm CLE will flag issues for forming a solo practice — for example, choosing a business entity, whether to partner or go solo, insurance, banking, finding office spaces, and other considerations.

The CLE will also address managing your new practice — for example, practical and ethical issues in advertising, creating a website, practice management, billing, retainer and engagement agreements, hiring staff, staying sane, and much more.

There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions of the panelists, all of whom have built their own successful solo firms.
