What Gender Bias Can Look Like Within the Courts and Its Impact on Women (OnDemand)

Description:
This program will inform the public of the gender bias which can occur even within the court system. Based on the Women in the Courts Survey, panelists will discuss how gender bias can impact women in domestic violence cases and the data that indicates that gender can play a role in certain custody cases where there is an allegation of abuse or parental alienation.
