adapting to new COVID-19 related legislation. Staying on top of the
latest laws, regulations, and guidance concerning the current market is
vital to the survival of any business. Join Program Chair Toby Butterfield, Moses & Singer LLP,
along with a panel of specialists as they provide an overview and
insight into some of the most pressing issues small businesses face in
light of the current pandemic.

- The status of government loan programs with a focus towards the
popular Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”) and its various eligibility
criteria, payroll calculations, and forgiveness considerations
