  • Best practices for maximizing forgiveness and avoiding repayment of funds disbursed under the PPP; including special concerns for self-employed individuals, sole proprietorships, and independent contractors
  • The frequently updated sources of continuing guidance from the Small Business Administration, U.S. Treasury Department, Internal Revenue Service, and Department of Labor
  • The latest on the rapidly evolving standards for employee conduct, with an overview of employment law in the post-COVID-19 world including: remote work policies, disability related inquiries and medical exams, hiring, and reasonable accommodations
