Description:
Attorneys representing early-stage startups are confronted with unique issues in numerous practice areas. This program will provide practical guidance on topics that commonly arise when counseling early-stage startups, including client identification, intellectual property, entity formation, equity ownership, and regulatory policies.

Program Fee
$149 for Members | $249 for Nonmembers
Members who are Recent Law Graduates, Newly Admitted Lawyers (admitted for the first time in any state or country 2021-2023), In-House/Corporate Counsel, Judges, and attorneys who practice within the Government, Academic or Not-for-Profit sectors attend this program for free.
