Description:
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a profound shift in all aspects of society.  In the legal profession, COVID presented unique challenges to female lawyers who faced increased stress particularly in balancing both their personal and work responsibilities.  While a significant number of female lawyers exited the profession during the last two years, current statistics indicate that many are now returning. The panel will discuss the challenges female lawyers have faced, strategies for women lawyers to leverage hybrid work and ways employers can support their continued success.
