Description: 
This is a watershed year for the Commercial Division, New York County, as Justice Kornreich, Justice Bransten and Justice Ramos will each be leaving the bench. This distinguished panel of judges, joined by the Honorable Melvin L. Schweitzer (Ret.), will engage in a wide-ranging panel discussion, moderated by the Honorable Carolyn Demarest (Ret.), addressing the relationship between the court and the business community, the features that make the court unique, key doctrinal developments, recent rule changes and other innovations, and the future trajectory of the court.
