Description:
The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act ("NCVI") provides specialized procedures in which to seek compensation for individuals who believe they have been injured by qualified vaccines. The Act which became law in 1986 does not cover injuries due to the COVID-19 vaccines, however claims related to the COVID-19 vaccines can be brought under the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program ("CICP").
