Join us and hear from a panel of seasoned advocates and practitioners and be provided with the latest updates on the legal concerns around abortion shield laws; barriers providers face in providing telemedicine abortion within state lines and across state lines; the risks for patients located in hostile states receiving telemedicine abortion care; proposed legislation in New York State to shield providers from legal consequences arising out of providing abortion care via telehealth in hostile states
