Description:
The event will feature a panel of thought leaders in the sports world to provide an in-depth look at a variety of legal issues regarding the use of wearable technology and biometrics in sports. The panel will address the intersection of these cutting edge technologies at all levels of sports with the underlying and evolving legal issues, including intellectual property, privacy, data ownership and data security, and labor and employment.
