We invite you to our upcoming luncheon presentation and networking event presented by the Small Law Firm Committee's luncheon subcommittee. Join us for a robust discussion on Selecting Your Firm's Structure - PC, LLC, or PLLC? We will also delve into corporate and tax issues and how mediation can help partners start and run a successful practice.  

Speaker Shaina Jones-Magrone will guide us through the intricacies of business formation for small law firms. Speaker Mark Josephson will shed light on tax implications of corporate entities and speaker Alla Roytberg will delve into how mediation can be used in forming a small or solo practice. With their extensive experience and expertise, our speakers will provide invaluable guidance on navigating the complexities of tax laws and managing legal disputes within a corporate framework.
