Description:
Labor and employment law encompasses various topics, including pay and benefits, harassment and discrimination, whistleblower protections, and health and safety. The practice of labor and employment can vary, from advising businesses on complying with applicable laws and regulations to helping protect workers when their rights are being violated. In this program, panelists will discuss what practicing labor and employment law involves, the differing career paths available, and the areas of growth.
