Description:
The Coronavirus pandemic has had devastating impacts on economies across the globe leading to an uptick in bankruptcy filings and restructurings from large corporations, small businesses, and individuals. As a result, the legal industry is likely to experience an increased demand for bankruptcy and restructuring attorneys. Bankruptcy is a diverse practice area which touches upon many other areas of law in both litigation and transactional practice, making it accessible to attorneys with or without bankruptcy experience. Distinguished panelists will discuss their careers in bankruptcy and restructuring law and offer tips on how you too can break into the field.
