Description:
Labor and employment law encompasses a wide variety of topics, including pay and benefits, harassment and discrimination, whistleblower protections, and health and safety. The practice of labor and employment can vary, from advising businesses on how to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to helping protect workers when their rights are being violated. At this program, panelists will discuss what practicing labor and employment law involves, the differing career paths available, and the areas of growing opportunities.
