Description:
This program, focusing on trade secret law, will examine some of an organization’s most valuable assets, from cutting edge technologies to profit-enhancing improvements and beyond. The panels will include esteemed judges, in-house counsel, representatives from government agencies and top practitioners examining both the plaintiff and defense-side of the law. IP lawyers, employment lawyers, general counsel and executives should attend.
