Description:
This panel will address the impact of the Committee’s 2006 "Best Practices for the Hiring, Training, Retention and Advancement of Women" Report, and the Committee’s 1995 “Glass Ceilings and Open Doors” Report. The panelists will consider women's progress in the legal profession and where we go from here. The Committee aims to propose new "best practices" to address the persistent challenges to women’s advancement.
